Morning school se pehle 10 minute, evening 10 minute – split routine bhi option hai. Perfect 60-minute block ke wait me mat raho; jo mil raha hai use maximum use karo.
Self-care guilt left side pe rakhna padega. Healthy, active parent bacho ke liye long term gift hai. Agar tum thoda strong, energetic feel karoge, to family responsibilities handle karna bhi easy lagta hai.
