Morning workouts ka benefit ye hai ki din shuru se hi productive feel aata hai, environment relatively quiet hota hai, aur excuses kam bante hain. Fasted ya light breakfast ke baad walk/run kaafi logon ko mentally clear lagta hai. Lekin agar tum naturally night-owl ho, 5 baje uth ke heavy lifting karna torture jaisa lagega.
Evening me body temperature, muscle flexibility, aur stamina often better hota hai. Office stress dump karne ke liye post-work workout bohot log use karte hain. Lekin late-night hi available ho, aur tum intense session ke baad 1–2 baje tak so nahi pa rahe, to sleep compromise ho sakta hai.
Fat loss, muscle gain, stamina improvement – ye sab primarily consistency + intensity + recovery pe depend karte hain, sirf clock pe nahi. Agar tum same time roughly most days maintain karoge, body us schedule ko adapt kar legi.
